Order Adjustments
i. Weddings - No adjustments may be made 30 days prior to the event reservation. If the event reservation is already within the 30-day deadline all orders placed are final. Final orders confirmed are immediately processed and may not be altered due to administrative needs; pending inventory orders, possible shipping delays and staff scheduling must be submitted timely.
ii. All other event types - No adjustments may be made 14 days prior to the event reservation. If the event reservation is already within the 14-day deadline all orders placed are final. Final orders confirmed are immediately processed and may not be altered due to administrative needs; pending inventory orders, possible shipping delays and staff scheduling must be submitted timely.
Cancellation
a. CANCELLATION BY PRECISELY POUR’D LLC
i. In the event Precisely Pour’d LLC cancels the Event Reservation due to unforeseen circumstances for which Client is obligated under this Agreement within ninety (90) days prior to the Event Reservation, 75% of the total fee shall be payable immediately to Client.
ii. In the event Precisely Pour’d LLC cancels the Event Reservation due to unforeseen circumstances for which Client is obligated under this Agreement within thirty (30) days or less prior to the Event Reservation, 90% of the total fee shall be payable immediately to Client.
b. CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
i. In the event Client cancels the Event Reservation for which Precisely Pour’d LLC is obligated under this Agreement within ninety (90) days or more prior to the Event Reservation, 25% of the total fee shall be non-refundable and the remaining balance shall be refunded to client.
ii. In the event Client cancels the Event Reservation for which Precisely Pour’d LLC is obligated under this Agreement within thirty (30) days or less, 50% of the total fee shall be non-refundable and the remaining balance shall be refunded to client.
iii. No refund is dispersed if cancellation is made by client within two weeks of the event reservation.
