1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services offered by:

Precisely Pour’d – Beverage catering
Precisely Planned – Event planning
Smoothedporium – Smoothie & non-alcoholic beverage services

By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Onsite Staff & Inventory

All onsite staff are third-party contractors hired strictly to serve
Staff are not authorized to manage inventory, confirm delivery totals, or make changes to orders
All beverages and inventory are verified by management prior to service

3. Payments & Deposits

Payment schedules, deposits, and refund policies are outlined in your event agreement
All services are provided per the confirmed agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details and access as needed
Communicate timely regarding changes or special requests

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues outside our control (e.g., venue restrictions, guest actions, or third-party vendors outside our management)
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies are defined in the signed event agreement and may also be found on our “Adjustment & Cancellation“ policies page
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and scope of services

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, US
