Year‑Round Celebration Package

Perfect For:

Weddings, corporate events, private parties, holiday events, tailgates, and any celebration year‑round. What’s Included? Professional, TIPs‑certified bartenders to serve cocktails, beer, wine & mocktails | Fully equipped mobile bar setup with mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins & tools | Customized drink menu planning | Setup & breakdown included | Consultation to plan your drink experience. Service Duration: 4 hours of bar service Base Staffing: (recommended) 1 bartender per 75 guests

Base Package Pricing

1,250 – $1,650

This aligns with mobile bar service pricing including bartender labor, setup, and basic supplies. (For up to ~75 guests / 4 hours)

Additional Bartender +

+150 - $250 each (flat add-on)

Recommended for events over 75 guests or when multiple bars are used. 

Barback (Assistant)

+$30 – $60 per hour

Keeps bar stocked, ice & glassware flowing great for big weddings or multi-bar setups.

Tray Server / Beverage Server

+$40 – $60 per hour

Ideal for passing drinks at seated events or buffet networking.

These are optional but recommended for larger events or faster service.
